They don't provide pick up drop at my location ulwe navi mumbai stating that it is grey zone when so many other companies do provide ..I think they should really look into providing transport at this location

I work as senior Clinical Data Coordinator at is wfh so it is very flexible for me and the have joined in lockdown still our team holds a great bond

The positive point is you are given lot of responsibility and scope of doing various activities.. You will never do monotonous work....end to end process knowledge you get.... You are also learning to lead a team which g gives a positive and additional benefit.

Dislikes

Work life balance is lost, personal life is bit disturbed... unless you are expert in handling multiple task at a Time and balance life.
