IQVIA has smaller division which are left for the curtsey of the Management of that division. There is no clarity on Goal what they want to achieve. Infact when developing Product they dont know the path or goal to achieve it. Infact its a confusion all over.

Certain set of Employees with 10 years and above within IQVIA are playing such dirty politics they are targetting to remove anyone who joined in last couple of years. This syndicate dictating even senior management like Joel to take some hasty decisions without knowing ground reality and this harming careers of people and affecting their families.

I thought it is a great company to work with and lots to learn and put in 100% efforts to make this a long term employment but I strongly recommend not to join this company as it is made of lies and manipulation r from top management. Your hard work and talent will be better appreciated some other company.

Dislikes

Dirty politics at highest leadership levels in DSSM especially TB, SB and NJ. They decided whether to promote you or give you appraisal or not based on their wishes not on your performance. They mentally torture you and forced you to take decisions which are bad for career. Favoritism is done openly without fear of consequences. Promotions and great pay hikes are easy only if are in leaders good books. They put resources they don’t like in difficult situations forcing them to quit. For healthcare company leadership is least bothered about mental health or well being and will not appreciate talent or skills or hard work unless they find some usefulness out of you. They talk in insulting offensive aggressive tones and give fake reasons for their whimsical decisions. All 3 should be fired immediately as they are spoiling career of 100 other employees who are hard working and destroying their families out of selfishness....Read More
