There is some amount of work life balance which comes in the role.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Slow growth, Manager's are partial towards their attitude, no respect of experience and seniority, lot of sycophancy. Higher management behavior is partisan. They highlight only people they want to, otherwise not. No on-job training, no skill development workshops.

Skill development - Bad
Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Little challenging but manageable if there is not too much of unnecessary interference.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
