The company was once very good, with excellent work life balance and benefits. But slowly it is losing its actual benefits, and reducing the perks. Specially after being acquired by IMS Health it has also lost its culture of being employee centric.

Dislikes

Appraisal system, internal politics, shift timings unclear policies and procedures.

Startup vs Phillips?

Hello everyone, I have got 11YOE in drug safety, Pharmacovigilance. In my last role i was with IQVIA as a project lead. I have joined as a healthcare consultant in a startup now (content strategy and customer experience). Now i have also got an offer for 'Senior Project Manager' with Phillips (Healthcare) but on a contractual basis of 2 years (on payroll of a consultancy firm) but i will be working from the Phillips Bangalore Campus. I'm now preparing to leave for Bangalore? PLs guide on what to do with the current org notice period of 15days (under probation).
