Dislikes

Salary is decent but can be better during role changes for internal candidates, excellent training material available, but adequate time mostly unavailable to complete trainings. Many systems, analytics tools available but not much time available to implement the available systems effectively.

Work Details

Struggled initially to understand multiple systems and tools. But very happy with the amount of exposure provided to me till date. I learned all the important tools systems only after joining IQVIA.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
