Job security - Good

Dislikes

Management does not understand work challenges. People are forced to work more in the name of innovation and pay is not great. No work life balance. No new learnings.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
