Not too much work pressure. Small team and management is approchable. They take our feedback. I was rewarded on acheiving sales target. Employee of the Quarter. Competition is high is education sector but they provide 5-10% incentives if you work hard.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. I wish I could work there more. Personal reasons to quite.

A lot of learning opportunity in stock market. Healthy environment, very good syllabus. Flexibility of timing. Good boss.

Dislikes

They pay salary on 8th of every month. I wanted it before 5th.

Excellent training. But need to be punctual. Management is supportive and excellent incentives.

Dislikes

There has to be a manager over looking on a regular basis. Work environment is too free. Some employees waste time of others.
