They use offensive language...I mean super offensive! I believe every manager is aware of this and they don't take action regarding the same. I'm working here for sometime and my work is going pretty good to be frank yet I know what a hell of work environment this company has. Only people who have been working here for 2 or more years can continue here but anyone who is new to the company are literally leaving in first 6 months because of the rude behavior of the management and poor understanding of employee problems and they literally don't have the patience to teach you the work!...Read More

Poor management. No job security. They didn't work directly with any clients, recruiter has to suffers after joined iplace. Management is not ready get new clients or new requirement from the existing clients; recruiter has to work only some particular positions which is already client consulting company has worked. Favouritism plays a major in terminating the staffs.
