It was a terrible and disappointing experience with iplace. Without any reason they terminated me within a span of 6 months after joining the company, now jobless. Really pathetic company and staff.

Fortunately teammates were nice.. but company's policy is terrible.

They don't have appraisal system, always have excuses that why are they not giving you so called stars. Can't even talk medical or emergency leaves. No job security, even if you won't perform a month then you will be out of the company. No appreciation for you hardwork. I have alot to say but only one advise that don't believe theirrecruitment team, they lie about everything in the company and the good reviews you see over many sites are also results of our monthly strategy....Read More

Very slow career growth is what I think. If you are lucky enough to get a good client you will surely grow but most of the clients restrict your growth as strategies don't get fulfilled
