Straight away, I would say dont join. 1) Date on which salaries are credited: 22nd or last week of every month. (Other firms in market credit before the 10th of every month) 2) Job security: Please forget about your job security they won't care about your skills or experience. 3) Skill Development: This is not a place to develop your skills. I'd rather suggest this place for people at their retirement stages. I would sum it up you rather skip joining them if you want to work peacefully....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
