I have worked for 2year with IoSys data solutions. It was my great experience with the company. Higher growth opportunities with more work flexibility. Everything is in top specially the CEO he is such a great person I have ever met. All colleague are too supportive. Company believe in quality work not quantity.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
