Infrastructure of the company is good. Interior is good.

I have been working there for the past 3 years. 1. No job Security 2. No skill development 3. Salary hike very poor 4. Work culture is very bad Though you work there for many years your efforts are not recognized. Infact the HR team keep changing including all the higher authorities.

My role is challenging and we work on set targets. I was successful here because of the management who always take the team towards solutions rather than having a discussion on problems. I really like the way management takes us towards the company goals with a positive approach. My ideas been always valued here. I am excited every day working with iOPEX.

I am working as Manger-Talent Acquisition and handling 2 departments. It is challenging and interesting job. Always we should be on out toes in reaching the stakeholder requirements. I am very much process oriented.

There is nothing to like when u don't have job security. Freshers and experienced join here from different states they leave Everthing behind and come to join this company but here in this company they will start playing with your career by giving every Friday assessments.

Everthing is dislike only They will hire multiple people and fire them all. All the comments have been forcefully taken from present employees. Dont get cunfuse while joining this is not a company. U will suffer once u join here Every day u feel like why i have join here

There's not much to like as they will force you to work and won't approve leaves as it's a part of their KRA, BPO experienced managers are the worst, they don't know technical stuff at all and will start giving lectures about technical things, learn your job first.

Don't you know how much calls can be handled by employee ? Just because the clients requirement are rooftop you expect us to do it without any error. Are we machine or human ? If you can't save an employee and it's just gnna be hire and fire game. What a waste

The company is completely a waste of time because, they are not employee friendly. They don’t care about the employees. Poor cab facilities. HR BPs are the worst. They do not show any kind of humanity even though if you are on the death bed.
