1. No wotk life balance. Need to work on mirnight and weekends even. 2. Bad behaviour of Seniors. 3. They said it is hybrid work model but it's 100% WFO 4. Travelling issue to reach office. No autos available to and from Ashar. This issue is not from Invoicemart but it is big issue and very frustrating to wait for auto, sometimes 1hour. 5. No proper place to sit. They made partition on desk 3 people are sitting at place of two people's. Trust me, We can't move our chair also. 6. They don't care about employees....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
