I had a good experience so far with the work environment here, a well organized work environment with defined roles and responsibilities. The work life balance is is also one of the important factors of the organization. I have been surrounded by intelligent people in my team who have excelled in their respective fields which gives an opportunity to learn from them.

It's been a great journey working with Invia. The management has been so smooth and supportive throughout. I can say, we have Invia backing up as an an employer. Looking forward to spend many more years and contribute my best to the organisation.

Dislikes

I do not have any dislikes as such. Apparently I would rather lay a little more emphasis on basic hygienic conditions for rest rooms, availability of fresh water/beverages etc.
