We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision, strategy, and execution.

Role Summary:

As CTO, you will define and execute the companys technology strategy and lead all aspects of our software architecture, development, and innovation. You will work closely with leadership, clients, and product teams to ensure our technology offerings stay ahead of market needs-particularly around APIs, AI-driven features, and scalable cloud-native design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall technology strategy in line with business goals.
• Lead the development and delivery of .NET-based software solutions with SQL backends.
• Drive API-first design and ensure seamless system integrations for telecom clients.
• Champion the use of AI/ML to embed intelligence into our product suite.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle and ensure timely, secure, and high-quality releases.
• Align product roadmaps with client requirements and telecom industry trends.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including DevOps, testing automation, and code security.
• Mentor and guide Product Managers, Technical Leads, and development teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and translate those into opportunities for Invia.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12-15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years as a CTO or Technical Director.
• Deep expertise in .NET technologies and relational database design (SQL Server).
• Proven experience in designing and scaling API-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be embedded into enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed product and engineering teams.
• Experience working with telecom clients or in telecom technology is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• This is a Work-From-Office role.
