The best thing about this place is the work life balance. It's because everything is well planned, and we all work in an organized manner. Sometimes, we have to alter our schedule considering clients' needs, but the rest of the time, it's all well planned and disciplined schedule. In my observation, I have seen that HR guys over here are very supportive. You go to them with your concerns and without any delay they will make their efforts to resolve it. Also, the best part is that the company also has integrated an HRMS portal. It is a well-developed and designed HR portal which is completely digitalized for employees where they can easily access and use HR services.
