The work culture and practices followed over here has resulted into consistent growth as a professional. Best of the environments to function as a Manager. The senior leadership is open to ideas and suggestions from your end. They motivate through pep talks. Can’t ask for more

It enhances our work in every aspect of which a chemical engineer is required which give a hands on experience for betterment of the individual future growth.

Their is politics and the management should is better but need to improve specially the HR department to value the other co employees and handle according.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I joined this company after more than 12 years of experience in pharma sales. I left for higher salary. This company has too many products in pharma. I worked in Inventys for more than 3 years. The company management is ethical, treats employee fairly. This company will be good for CMO/CRO/ CDMO BD people. Not that good for chemical products sales people.

Mumbai office is located in area with very very bad traffic.

Driven and growth oriented dynamic company. Fair and merit oriented work atmosphere. Professionally managed by highly qualified tow IIT engineer-owners. one owner and son are US educated as well. Very High technical skills. Understanding and empathic management. No politics in middle management driven and satisfactory work environment
