They provide certificates and skill development to facilities. Provided wfh for more than 7 months.

Salary is not getting paid on time. Have to wait for 3 to 4 months for salary. Can call at any time for work. You've to handle other stuffs too. Hired for 5 working days but had to work 6 days a week.

Only thing I appreciate in Inurture is the faculties we had(except a few)

1. No increment. 2. No financial support to faculties in research. 3. Faculties bitching about their fellows to heads for increment. 4. No value of quality. 5. Institution full of lies.

Totally unprofessional, salary not paid. They keep hiring new people but hired people dont get salary after 1 or 2 months.

No security, if you will get salary or not, if you got salary deduction, no one is there to listen to you.

No timely salary. After 2-3 months half salary you will get. The management will bluff you regarding pending salary which will never credit.

it is the worst place to work. I had worked here and they didn't give me 6 months' salary. I have left the organization but till now, didn't get a single penny. So, I'll not suggest going at all.
