Skills and packages remain stagnant. If you are ok to just sit in a sweet spot without growth, both money wise and skill wise, it is really a great place to settle in. If you are ambitious, you just can't remain there.

They Paid us still in lockdown, But now they are removing there employees, i lost my job also. It's not at all there fault but we have to accept the situation. Overall satisfaction with the intrcity.
