The time bound work system in which employees go off their homes by the sharp leaving time without extending their working hours

Dislikes

The work restrictions like no internal communications, no mobile phone calls not even on break that makes emergency from your home side situation becomes the worst. The dominance effect of higher managing level seems to demotivate the lower position employees.

Working here is quite peaceful as there is no such conflicts and work life balance is good because they are time bound for the job timings
