Compensation, Flexible Work Timings, On time Salary.

Dislikes

Heavy Work Load, No Work-Life Balance (many times need to work on week ends with no compensatory off), Your Line Manager is the only person who can decide your performance, Need to unofficially support other department employees with no recognition, Long Notice Period, receive work out of your profile - sales people also needs to do HR and recruitment job, purchase job, etc.

Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

Worked as Sales Engineer in Industry Services Department handling government sales, proposal/ Bid management, tendering, contracts negotiation, technical documentation, cost estimation, market research, client visits, sales & marketing present

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
