Very poor management. Zero work ethics. Manipulation happens just like that. Purely money minded. Not even a condolence mail for an employee who lost his life due to high work pressure. This happened recently in tirupur softlines lab.

Heavy Work Load, No Work-Life Balance (many times need to work on week ends with no compensatory off), Your Line Manager is the only person who can decide your performance, Need to unofficially support other department employees with no recognition, Long Notice Period, receive work out of your profile - sales people also needs to do HR and recruitment job, purchase job, etc.

Disrespectful, no appreciation, no dignity, no courtesy from the management. Dishonest at the interview. High expectation without supporting and providing information. Willing to terminate the contract within probation period to avoid liabilities. Put pressure on the employees without understanding their difficulties to reach out to key people for assistance. HR never response to email. CEO expects to sell the complex engineering products like selling a burger at Burger King NO recommendation for those who works hard, dedicated, loyal and skilled. The demands of tgus rike are immense, not only in terms of technical skills but also in terms of project management, adherence to tight deadlines and sometimes unpredicateable changes that can extend working hours and increase stress levels. Whether civil engineers enjoy a good work-life balance is not a straightforward question.
