Opportunity to grow faster and the encouragement for the performers is very rapid. The management & the work culture is very transparent. There is so much recognition from the top management for the performers. There is so much freedom and encouragement for innovation & ideas.

Nothing Specific. Medical Insurance & few other extra perks can be provided. I think Management is already looking at it which is appreciable.

My work is look after few Operations & support teams. It's bit challenging considering the Stringent SLA's but i enjoy the challenges and i get new opportunities to explore more on the management front.

I would definitely say this is the best company i have ever worked. The reason is the recognition of the work of an individual is directly applauded and appreciated by the CEO itself.
