The company is laying off most of the technical staff and paycuts for the remaining.

Dislikes

The company is run by a bunch on people who have obselete skills and old mindsets. No innovative projects and management does not allow individuals to grow technically or professionally.

Work life balance is poor and mandatory to sit 9 hours in office and often overload is put on employees

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
