Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Top level & bottom level people are good. Pay on time. 45 days yearly leaves.

Politics is next level. Puppets are just around. I don't visit office and prefer working alone. Mediators are just sh!t and disturbs entire company culture. Managers treat bottom level people like sh!t. Life gets disturb and you don't enjoy your work. Asks after hours for 15-30k salary making guys where market value of this job role is way more. Indian companies are better than such MNCs.
