Not much tasks. Just simple marketing work. No annoying meetings and all.

Dislikes

Internshaala's main goal is to sell their courses. If you are good at affiliate marketing then you can make money or else their benifit is just a certificate which is worth nothing. I suggest you to work with other similar companies for campus ambassador which provides you more benefits.

Internshala trains you to take responsibility on your shoulders to empower students by taking up online courses, and also motivate yourself simultaneously to boost your confidence and calibre in Marketing for the brand. It was definitely a great self-learning experience I got from the company.

Dislikes

There is lack of control on how you take the brand idea to your colleagues and peers, and only guidelines are given. Rest of the task is upto you. That's the disadvantage.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
