Its worst then I could even imagine. The people are full of attitude except few. And the head associate did not like at all if a junior ask him a question with a QUESTION MARK??? Moroever, they didn't pay my salary for the timeperiod I have worked before lockdown in March 2020. Shameful and disgusting to be the part of the firm even for a month.

I had high hopes when I joined Internet Moguls because of its 13-year history but in hindsight considering working for a new startup would have been a wiser choice. I appreciate working with Agrim, my manager and co-founder of the company but he also left the company now.

Abrupt termination without any meeting or warning so forget any job security, Leadership is quite questionable, including lack of transparency, unfair practices, and unresponsiveness. My outstanding salary which was owed to me in July was settled in September after legal intervention. Late salary payments were a recurring issue, not only for me but for my colleagues as well, and multiple reviews on Ambition Box and Glassdoor confirm this. There is an absence of constructive feedback leaving employees without clear guidance on their performance and areas for improvement. When I tried to address my issues professionally with Avi Arya, my supervisor/ CEO of the Company. He chose to block me on WhatsApp instead of addressing my concerns. When I joined this company I was coming from the brand side with only 1 year experience. I was a bit sceptical while Entering the Agency side about the culture and support I will get. Though I was proved completely wrong. The team is very supportive and we get guidance from all levels of leadership. Hi, my name is Agrim and I have worked for Internet Moguls for 4 years and I deliberately choose to write this review because most platforms encourage negative views. I joined as a junior PPC Mogul and in 4 years I traveled across India and met the best Entrepreneurs, been given opportunities to get the most expensive online courses for my education. I used to get regular books to help me out with new challenges which were given to me, also management has gifted me many of their written books. Today I run and operate team of my own team and my own department and I think this pace of growth is unparallel to any other company or even an MNC. Internet Moguls like any other company has its share of challenges but I write this review to be the voice of good in a world where only the negative gets the attraction. As a happy Internet Mogul, I recommend this place to every human being who is seeking love and respect at the workplace in the most genuine form alongside opportunities to scale your mindset and skillset to levels that are not lend to employees.
