Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Lot of learning related to irrigation management, providing very good salary with respect to qualification and attended meetings with international standards.

Dislikes

In field condition it's very difficult to understand for farmers about water management aspects and most of the things they are unable to follow means output are very less leads to poor satisfaction of job.
