There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't addressed our issues. Salary is poor & career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to New nominees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Company is really good, but my branch heads are useless. They are just a useless persons, non efficient and no innovative to bring the company good. No appraisal and no job security .
