The place provides a beautiful experience of doing research and thinking out of the box to come up with solutions for different complex problems. The research department sticks to getting the work done no matter what (it can be troublesome but that's how research works, to be disciplined towards your work). The administrative department is good as well. Dislikes

The career growth can be slow but that depends upon the project. And organisations need to have some advanced tools and equipments to level up the research. Apart from that nothing seriously negative about the company. It's a beautiful workplace.

Work Details

Job was pretty straightforward, stick to the research idea. I had very supportive team members who helped me out during the process of training and later research. I got to learn and master few bioanalytical techniques.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
