It is a youngish company and it has all holidays and pays in time.

Have faced this problem. Very diffcult company to work in or trust as senior person as management believe in report or false complaint given by junior people against senior. Some very good experienced architects were made to left as some very junior architects complained agaisnt them. IIT architects leading team was complained against by very fresher local architecture girls and management did not look into this matter. Again there are some favourite employees creating problems and they taken full advantage. Management remote from USA- believes these favorites. As much as possible senior architects or engineers not welcome and are at risk. Also now business not much with company, and losing all clients one by one. HR department is for formality....Read More
