I like working in IMC Ethiopian programmer in finance team as Senior Roving Finance Officer ,supporting filed as well as the country office for the betterment of finance system,I like to work within IMC but due my career path and salary shortage, I shifted to other organization

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high but the salary is low ,also growth is slow , most of the staff during my stay less profile, which make difficult for change resistance .

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Generally speaking , my work is very challenging as senior roving finance officer travelling different cite like Dollo ado and Gambella refuge camp, I have enjoyed serving the refuge but it compensation is very low

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
