Most unprofessional, unethical and cheap working environment. People just seek physical relationship from female employees either team mates or senior reporting managers. Also a majority of female employees support male employees by pretending perceptive approach towards them.

You are now an employed individual.

They have the right to terminate you in 5 minutes staging any reason possible. Rotational shift: in the name of rotational shift your shift can be changed every week. That's right! Your sleep cycle is screwed. There are forced OTs and then you will rarely get paid for them, that's but obvious! The transport system is a different kind of Hell. They'll bring you to office 1 or 2 hours before your shift. The management can hold/ stop the cabs at their will to make you work for extra hours. Oh yes, there are guard on the production floor to stop you from going out. Your washroom breaks are monitored and you can definitely get fired for taking more than 3 washroom breaks in 8 hours. There's a dedicated team of HRs and officials whose sole job is to count and deduct as much is humanly possible from your salary and the hours that you have worked.
