The management has taken adequate measures to prevent the spread of the infections. Preliminary temperature scans at the entry gate, self devloped mods for biometrics, sanitizers, masks, social distancing is well taken care. Also medical assistance is being provided for the infected ones. Techs are indigenously made with UV to disinfect objects. Time to time cleaning and maintenance is observed.

The place seems like heaven. Lush green environment cheers you up with energy. Positive vibes and peace prevail.

Also adopted alterntive days for research fellow for work from home. Provides health insurnce and reambursment of Covid-19 testign money if any one has symptoms and permitted positive tested persons for home quarantine

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
