They have alot of internal politics , basically PPL there are shit to save up there job they lie to the core and blame other . It's not worth working there as well u will lose ur health . Like hearing , knees coz of heavy shoes and running with proper rest for legs , ur food timing ur sleep they make u work for 10 hr a day heavy and pay u less not worth the salary , y should I damage my body for someone sitting in a ac room and see me running like dog.. and the management there they don't treat u like a employee they treat u like a Black slave .
