If you want to learn new technologies then it is best company, compensation is average. company policies are very bad. working hours is 9.5 hours. sandwich system for weekend leave. no canteen, 30 mint of lunch only. work pressure is very high. No management hierarchy. No outside trip, no late coming after 9 AM otherwise half day will mark (occur more than 3 days in months). it means if you enter in the office at 9 then you will be leaving only after 6:30. No joining bonus, No referral benefits, accommodation is not provided when you join , No relocation allowance....Read More

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supporting and the management is transferred. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management don't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
