Your job is not secure when any project ends your employment is also discontinue.I would like to give suggestion to CMD and HR head that please transfer the employees to other project when project ends.

No Appretiation to the employee for their hardworks. Lots of politics. You wont get your salary on time. Takes one n half month to give salary And takes almost 5-6 months for full n final salary. No satisfation in terms of appraisal and promotion. Work environment is average.
