As a fresher I started my career at Intellipaat, it has the worst working culture. There is no holiday as such you have to work for 12 hours a day. They deduct base salary if you don't achieve your target's. One thing intellipaat will teach you if you can work at Intellipaat you can work anywhere.

I worked for US Shift and the work environment is super cool and the manager is awesome. You will not be very stressed unless it is the last two days of the month and you didn't complete your target.

Your Target will increase likewise your performance of the previous month, They will give your incentives not on the same month but have to wait for the following month that too you have to complete the current months target.

Everything.. No proper training. No respect for the employees. If any issues are there HR is too busy to listen to you. Manager misuse their power and fires anyone for one mistake. They give old leads ask to call them. Even if the leads are decade old. Even when customer says dont call or disturb me further, they dont listen. Calls them continously
