It's been long i work at intellipaat and since beginning the culture is excellent. At first, my company saw the level of dedication, punctuality and worth i brought and then provided me with all the flexibility i needed through out the year. They promoted me to TL very shortly after saw my worth. For those who works and give their best, intellipaat always back them up with all the facilities. I was promoted again after TL and assigned more responsibilities in the work. I was never afraid of more work as it gives me a challenge to enhance my skill set which it did. When it comes to colleague they are the best to work in Intellipaat. They always strive to celebrate with employees for any success by arranging a party. In terms of salary and appraisal, Intellipaat provides the best. If the employees show their worth, they always get good hike. Work culture is amazing because you get to learn lot of skills from handling patience to providing the solution. Here, I understood the meaning of customer, as they treat their customers as everything. Managers and seniors help you at every step whether it is professional or it is helping you to find a hostel where you are new in the city. Company also conducts small events every month taking care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth....Read More

Amazing work experience and amazing company. Cannot believe how my last 1.5 years passed. Role is competetive, sometimes stressfull too, but the management, flexibility, and support from colleagues as well as HR department was very supportive. Good environment to start working. It has been amazing journey working with Intellipaat, which is my third Ed-tech company and I must say that this company is one of the finest firm as compared to other companies I have worked. The best part of this company is the management as they provide you flexibility in your personal needs which is very rare nowadays. I have been working here from few years as a content manager and no I feel its the correct time for me to drop a feedback for the company. Work culture here is good as everyone is approachable and you feel welcomed when you join the company.
