Few teams are really good to work who follow product company standards. These products are next generation products giving a good scope for learning.

Dislikes

No transparency in the growth of the organisation considering it's products. Its a startup as products and revenue but as persize of the organisation, its well established MNC Company overall is like a service based company with low standards wrt HR policies, systems provided, Especially the leave policies and 3 months notice period are the things to consider.

Payscale is good if you have can negotiate well. Otherwise increments and others are very less.

Dislikes

Too much politics. Work life balance is bad. Products are not good and company is not ready to put money in product development as per new technologies. Dependency on resources are too much and nobody is ready to review each other's code as everyone is overloaded.

Not much to be honest. Only thing lucrative about working there is job titles they provide. A module lead is a project manager here.

Not a very organized place to work for. Work culture there was very haphazard. None of the projects were planned. Most of the employees ended up working long hours and weekends. Work hours were too strict. Even a 5 minute late needed manager's approval. Even if you worked late las last day. Workspace setup was also not very professional. It gives an impression of a very cost conscious company.
