I am an ex employee & giving honest review of Mumbai Goregaon office,10th floor - most people are always in party mood, gossip around, loud mouthed, if they are bored then sometimes they play loud music on their phones too - shouting is such a norm here that after sometime you will forget how to speak normally - due to so much noiseall around this seems less of a professional work place & much worse than a fish market - you are not valued because of your own talent & skill sets but valued more on how good you can be a part of this rowdy type noisy culture and be a people's person & should do networking among such people. So next time when you see any company preferring "networking" & "people's person" then just run from there never looking back as it will be the same story - I have seen developers with more than 6+ years of experience don't know how to write quality code & they also don't know the basics, same is true for QAs & BAs who have no proper knowledge. This is mostly the case because so many of them are simply hired by internal reference of management without proper interview process. - except for work everything is taken very seriously here. It will really feel very odd if someone comes for work here. - management is very active in conducting parties, team outings, festivals or all other activities outside of work - management is the root cause of all the problems in intellect as discussed in points above - if you are an extrovert & not a techie then intellect will be a heaven for you. I very much recommend such people joining here - most professional & quality techies are introverts by nature & for such people intellect will be hell due to overall culture & environment here. I will never recommend intellect for such people but intellect very much needs those people to keep the business going by exploiting such techies - intellect shows itself as a product based company but it is finding very difficult to attract banks to sell its products as most of the products are poorly developed,buggy & not up to date as per the market...Read More
