The Sr Manager and Global Director of Infrastructure Security Engineering are demanding but accessible with the treatment of their engineers understanding their personal aspect of their lives to support engineers as they go for their good performance. Working with the Israelite Manager and Engineers is most enriching because of understanding their culture and expectations. They are extremely demanding, direct but very kind and collaborative with all Intel employees globally. In my professional experience, working with Israelites has been the best thing that has happened to me in my career. The challenges granted by both the Sr Manager and Global Director of Infrastructure Security Engineering are demanding and motivating. There is a lot of openness in Intel globally for its engineers. Unfortunately, there are countries that because of their culture, some of the employees, not all, take advantage of that openness to achieve abuse of it. They arrive late, they leave early, they dress inappropriately. Top Management has taken effective measures to evaluate their performance as Needs Improvement (NI), to the point of getting them dismissed.
