Good for freshers. HR policies are good.

Dislikes

Very slow growth. Even if you get promoted you will get your designation on paper in the next financial year. Talking about Team Everest, the mangement is so scared of the client. If client says 1+1=3, then these people do not have guts to say it's wrong. Every month there are new processes/rules come in. The new rules are not communicated to employees fully, but mangement expects everyone to follow it strictly. Undeserving people are being promoted. Integreon, as a company is good, Team Everest is a mess. No streamlined process. Vision-less management. Too much micromanagement. Forced overtime for entry level employees. Leaves are not managed properly. They need a complete makeover/reconstruction. The attrition rate is high bcz of this. One good thing is team-mates are good.
