1. There is nothing good about this company. Very mediocre but egoistic Management. 2.They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 3. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 4. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 5. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has fullcontrol on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its their fault.
