Only good thing is work timings

There are numerous disadvantages of joining this company. There will be no career growth. The Management here is soo terrible, they will not solve your issues unless reminded several times, however they expect you to respond to their queries within minutes. Managers play politics here, they will not cooperate in any matter. The company follows thw policy of pressuring their employees to submit immediate resignations without any prior notice. The reason of off boarding the employees will be irrelevant, they will show half report of the work done and decide on that basis only. They will also terminate their employees on the ground of holidays taken, even if the employee is taking only one leave in two or three months. They expect you not to even avail your Annual Leaves. If you belong to law background, I would suggest not to join this company as the work is only copy pasting. The managers or the team leads are not even aware of the legal terms or laws on which they are working. No trainings on how to use the software is given to new joinees....Read More
