Good work environment. Beneficial for freshers to start their career. Teammates are supportive. Open atmosphere for learning.

Dislikes

Low salary. Career growth is slow.

Job is comfortable, in the initial years. But, can be annoying in subsequent years; when salary hike doesn't reach your expectations. Good opportunity for beginners to learn. Chance to work on multiple new projects.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
