Dislikes

The dislike is simply personal. I was reporting to a least compassionate person while working in the company. He always believed in creating fear amongst team mates in order to get the job done which I believe is imbecile/small minded. Humiliating team mates in public created anguish and hatred towards the job. It is very easy for a manager/team leader to identify whether or not a person is really interested in doing the job. One can easily identify if a person has intensions to fulfil temporary needs and run away without leaving a note. The person to whom I was reporting never refrained from boasting and bragging about his achievements and greatness purposely to intimidate new comers. We all have so many issues to be dealt with in our personal life, this being the case why cannot things ease up with the professional life. People can be more compassionate than being arrogant at work place which will certainly elevate things in a more natural way....Read More
