Work environment is not much good due to language issues. Teammates and management are also not too helpful to employees, specially management work with very slow process. Appraisals are not fair and they do not give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management even not work on that. Even sometimes they do not follow the company policies. Also career growth is slow.
