Great Start with a supporting team at Intech organics Onboarding was smooth and well organized which made easy for me to settle quickly My team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The leadership team is approachable and they take time to communicate the company's vision and goals clearly.

Many things to say one by one- 1. There are no permanent INFRASTRUCTURE are made to work efficiently and comfortably all there are is shipping containers as office area for all 2. Basic WELFARE FACILITIES like sanitary,canteen, occupational health centre are just for compliance purpose they are like in least importance. 3. About WORKERS HEALTH they are working in plant area without personal protective equipments daily cases of exposure of gas evolve during process. 4. About SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT protection there is no even a water treatment plant like STP or ETP for treatment of waste water also there is no sufficient fire protection system are installed like hydrant system portable fire extinguisher and others. 5. INTERNAL POLITICS- good initiative reached early to top management but major look falls are hide and destroyed and even didn't left a clue for them also they are only focusing on PRODUCTION ONLY and ONLY. Old people make culprits to new people. 6. UNION LEADERSHIP SYSTEM - Many times it realized that plant production is only run by this union leaders only. So special treatment for there workers but not for company employees. 7. No digitalisation thought punching verified throught manual entry. 8. No hazardous area of classification for storage of dangerous goods. 9. Feels while workings like walking on anti tank mine area. They have culprit and fire system if any incident happened....Read More

Virtually nothing. Unless you’re someone who enjoys being constantly disrespected and verbally abused. If you’re into being devalued and having your mental well-being slowly eroded, then by all means, this is the place for you!

If you have any dignity and sanity you’ll quickly realize it’s a toxic environment where mistreatment is a standard practice. They make promises they have no intention of keeping. The entire environment is just dysfunctional, inhumane and built on lies.
