The company is giving new responsibility to learn the employee and upgrade.

Operation manager Al Ain and Abudhabi is not skilled for his post and the way his talking to employee is rude and insulting people very badly. He is purposely hiding to tell employee what his next assignment until his last day and telling suddenly no job for you. He is not talking to employee during the project, only he will call start of the project and end of the project.

The other employee working at site and office are cooperative .Mr. patil is nice and humble .
